Reliable, local, quality work
McMenamin's Property Maintenance is a garden and property maintenance business run by Kieron, covering Teesside and the North East.
A local business, doing the job properly
When you call or text MPM, you speak to Kieron directly, not a call centre. It is a local, owner-run business that cares about its name, and every job is left the way you would want it.
Most of the work is gardens: regular grass cuts, hedge trims, and clearances of the gardens that have got away from people. Ivy off walls, brambles out, borders weeded and edged, flower beds brought back to life. All the waste is taken away, so you are left with a clean, manageable space.
Outside the grass season the work keeps going: gutter repairs and fascia cleans, minor roof repairs, clearances and the small jobs and fixes every property needs.
Work runs seven days a week, from 7am to 8pm, so it fits around you. And quotes are free, quick and come with no obligation.

“When on jobs it’s often that I see the very elderly with overgrown gardens, hedges that haven’t been cut. If anyone at all knows an elderly neighbour, help them, or message me. I will come and do it for the vulnerable free of charge.”
